OBI Solidifies Support Relationships
with Sri Lanka

Colonel (Us Army, retired) Bill Barko met with Lieutenant General (LTG) Sarath Fonseka, Commander of the Army to discuss OBI programs and willingness to support his needs. At that time, a forty-foot container of medical supplies and equipment arrived in port for use by the Sri Lankan Army’s Rehabilitation Center for disabled military. LTG Fonseka recommitted the Army’s support for OBI future training initiatives and a homebuilding project for soldiers that were victims of the tsunami.
