Ukrainian Hospital Chaplain Renders Aid to Local Soldier
On September 4, 2006, Vasili Dranga, an Olive Branch-sponsored hospital chaplain serving in Cherkassy, Ukraine passed away following a long illness. He had served as the first of a group of Christian chaplains supporting a government-hospital system, with a significant military and military-veteran population, in Cherkassy Oblast. His contributions will not be forgotten.
