To change lives positively within the international military community by meeting the expressed and implied needs of warriors and their families worldwide -- drives all that we do.

OBI as an organization leads to spiritual affirmation and personal transformation.

Simply put: OBI changes lives - the lives of those who choose to serve with OBI and the lives of those we serve around the world. OBI is not a logistical or administrative headquarters that merely identifies needs, projects supplies to meet them, and moves on to the next mission. Instead, OBI purposefully places OBI volunteers to render heartfelt man-to-man, woman-to-woman humanitarian service. The intent is not to drop and go or teach and leave. Instead, OBI volunteers form deep personal relationships through sharing and caring. These relationships are sustained through continual contact and communications. God is transforming people using OBI to change hearts and homes.
